Fresher Property Consultants

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and ambitious Property Consultants to join our growing real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while building strong client relationships and achieving sales targets.

This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential, suitable for both experienced real estate professionals and freshers with strong sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, and company-provided sources
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential/commercial properties
• Conduct property viewings and client meetings
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Negotiate deals and close transactions successfully
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, and investors
• Stay updated on Dubai real estate market trends and property regulations
• Manage listings on property portals and CRM systems
• Coordinate documentation and transaction processes

Requirements

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Real estate experience in Dubai is an advantage
• Knowledge of Property Finder, Bayut, and CRM systems is preferred
• UAE driving license is a plus
• RERA certification is an advantage

Compensation

• Commission-Based Only
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED60,000.00 per month
