At CYDF, we believe how an interaction begins and ends has a profound effect on how a client remembers their entire experience. We are looking for a Membership Sales Associate / Receptionist at the front desk to create a welcoming greeting, sealed with genuine farewells that are positive and leave a lasting impression on our clients. Whether taking reservations or helping a guest feel comfortable while waiting for their facial, you will play an important role by exceeding customer service expectations and providing a sense of belonging.

Qualifications:

• We welcome estheticians and like to promote from within!
• At least 2 years of previous Retail Sales experience or Customer Service experience
• Strongly desired: experience with Booking software, MindBody preferred, previous spa experience
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, demonstrate initiative and strong work ethic
