Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel. In this vital role, you will manage guest check-ins and check-outs, handle inquiries with professionalism, and ensure smooth front office operations. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help create a positive first impression for our guests and support the overall success of our team.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, take reservations, and provide information
  • Handle guest requests, complaints, and support needs with a friendly, solution-oriented approach
  • Maintain accurate records using computer skills, including data entry, filing, and proofreading
  • Coordinate office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and document organization
  • Support administrative functions like billing, bookkeeping, and supporting guest support services
  • Utilize office software including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to prepare reports and correspondence

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in front desk operations or office management roles, preferably within hospitality or medical/dental reception settings
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, QuickBooks, and multi-line phone systems
  • Excellent customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and bilingual abilities preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry, filing, proofreading, and time management
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience is highly desirable
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
  • Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is a plus but not required
