Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression.
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and a solutions-oriented attitude, providing outstanding customer service.
  • Assist with reservations, room assignments, and billing procedures while maintaining accurate records.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared to high standards.
  • Conduct night audits when scheduled, verifying daily financial transactions and balancing accounts.
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette across all communication channels, including multi-line phone systems.
  • Foster positive guest relations by offering personalized service and addressing special needs or requests promptly.
  • Support hotel management in administrative tasks and guest experience enhancements as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest interactions professionally.
  • Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse clientele effectively.
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enhancing communication with international guests.
  • Familiarity with hotel management software, reservation systems, and multi-line phone systems.
  • Knowledge of hospitality best practices, including guest relations, phone etiquette, and front desk procedures.
  • Previous experience with night audit procedures is advantageous but not mandatory; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Exceptional communication skills and a friendly demeanor that reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence.
