Front Desk Agent

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional guest services at our hotel. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management and have a passion for ensuring a positive experience for all guests. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently, handling reservations and room assignments.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to enhance the guest experience.
• Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for new arrivals.
• Uphold high standards of customer service while maintaining confidentiality of guest information.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and satisfaction.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
• Familiarity with night audit procedures is a plus.
• Proficient in phone etiquette and managing multi-line phone systems effectively.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
