As a Front Desk Associate, you will be the welcoming face of our hospitality team, creating a positive first impression for guests and visitors alike. Your energetic and professional demeanor will ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes, provide exceptional guest services, and handle a variety of front desk operations. Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
  • Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and routing calls appropriately
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions
  • Maintain accurate guest records, reservations, and billing information using hotel management software
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly
  • Conduct night audit procedures when scheduled to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy
  • Provide exceptional guest relations by anticipating needs and delivering personalized service experiences

Skills

  • Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
  • Proficiency in front desk functions, including reservation systems and multi-line phone systems
  • Knowledge of hotel management practices, guest services, and resort operations
  • Effective phone etiquette and communication skills for handling guest interactions professionally
  • Experience with night audit procedures is a plus for seamless financial reconciliation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
