Front Desk Associate (Hotel & Spa)

The Inn at Langley is seeking a Front Desk Associate to support both the hotel and spa. This role is the central point of contact for guests — managing arrivals, reservations, and the overall flow of the guest experience.

You will move between hotel and spa operations depending on business needs, helping ensure a seamless and consistent experience across both.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring both hotel and spa operations run smoothly throughout the day.

Schedule

  • Shifts are typically:
  • 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
  • 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • 15–25 hours per week
  • Must be available weekends and holidays
  • Schedule will vary week-to-week based on hotel and spa needs

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome hotel and spa guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage reservations for rooms and spa treatments
  • Coordinate spa schedule and therapist availability
  • Handle guest check-in and check-out for hotel stays
  • Assist guests with questions, requests, and issue resolution
  • Recommend spa services and enhance the guest experience
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records
  • Maintain a calm, organized front desk environment
  • Communicate clearly across hotel and spa teams

Bonus (not required):

  • Experience in hospitality, spa, or boutique hotel environments
  • Familiarity with reservation systems

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to navigate a multi-level building (no elevator)
  • Occasional assistance with guest items
