Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Front Desk Coordinator to join our front office team. This vital role bridges the gap between clinical care and patient understanding, ensuring patients are informed, supported, and scheduled for the care they need.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and present treatment plans to patients with clarity and empathy
• Educate patients about recommended procedures, benefits, and financial options
• Coordinate and schedule appointments according to treatment priorities
• Collaborate closely with doctors, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure continuity of care
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and treatment notes
• Provide outstanding customer service and foster positive patient relationships
• Follow up on pending treatment and support case acceptance

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a dental office setting preferred (treatment coordination or front office)
• Knowledge of dental terminology, insurance verification, and financial arrangements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Familiarity with dental software
