What You’ll Do
- Be the face of the office, greeting clients and agents with warmth and professionalism
- Deliver a high-level hospitality experience to everyone who walks in
- Support day-to-day office operations and keep things running smoothly
- Assist with marketing and admin tasks (social media, email, documents, etc.)
- Communicate with clients, agents, and vendors via phone and email
- Maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming environment
Schedule
- Part-time (up to 3 days/week)
- Full-day shifts: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM
- Monday–Friday
Skills & Tools
- Strong communication (in person, phone, and email)
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with: Gmail, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides
- Comfortable with: Social media platforms (Instagram/Facebook/YouTube/Vimeo)
- Comfortable with: Canva, CapCut, Mailchimp, etc.
Compensation
- $12/hour (part-time)
- Real estate school covered (for unlicensed candidates)
