We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Executive to support daily administrative and human resource duties, particularly in timekeeping, attendance management, and reception/front desk responsibilities. This is an ideal position for a fresh graduate or early-career professional looking to grow in HR.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Timekeeping & Attendance Management

  • Maintain and monitor employee attendance records accurately.
  • Operate and manage attendance software systems (e.g., biometric or cloud-based solutions).
  • Ensure timely submission and accuracy of daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports.
  • Address attendance anomalies such as late check-ins, absences, or missed punches.
  • Coordinate with team leaders or department heads to verify and approve attendance discrepancies.

2. HR Administrative Support

  • Assist with HR record-keeping and filing of employee documents.
  • Support the payroll process by providing accurate attendance and leave data.
  • Help organize HR files (digital and physical) and maintain confidentiality.

3. Reception / Front Desk Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls or messages to the appropriate departments.
  • Manage front desk operations including receiving mail, courier handling, and visitor logs.
  • Maintain the reception area to be tidy and presentable.
