Front Desk Officer

Islamabad, Pakistan

We are looking for a professional and friendly Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our tenants and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment and smooth communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist tenants, guests, and visitors at the front desk.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
  • Handle appointments, visitor logs, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum intermediate/graduate qualification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, polite, and professional attitude.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling).
  • Prior experience in front desk/reception role is a plus.
