Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly and well-presented Front Desk Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls
  • Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and presentable
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks (filing, photocopying, data entry)

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate or Bachelor's degree
  • Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email handling)
  • Well-groomed, polite, and professional attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
