Education: Bachelor's degree in communications or business management from a well-reputed university.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage communications at the front desk.
  • Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and respond to emails.
  • Manage and direct incoming and outgoing mail/correspondence.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
  • Provide information and assistance to clients, employees, and visitors.
  • Maintain accurate records and databases for the Reception Protocol.
  • Manage courier services; receive, record, and send documents/parcels via DHL, TCS, etc.
  • Ensure reception area cleanliness and organization.

As our ideal candidate, you should have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications or business management.
  • 2-4 years of experience as a receptionist.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook.
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written).
  • Excellent management skills
