Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and professional Front Desk Officer (Female) for our DHA Phase 6, Lahore office. This role involves client engagement, business growth, and relationship management. The ideal candidate will represent CIC with professionalism, promote our services, and contribute to achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent CIC and promote services (study visas, immigration consultancy, student placements).
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships through meetings, consultations, and follow-ups.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.
• Work with management to achieve monthly sales and performance targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
• Answer calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars
• Track client payments and service milestones for commission tracking.
