Human Capital is hiring a Front Desk Officer for a reputable client in the Insurance sector. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment while efficiently managing front desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Handle front desk operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain records, appointments, and visitor logs
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication
  • Ensure a presentable and organized reception area

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and conversational English skills
  • Strong customer service and guest handling abilities
  • Professional, presentable, and well-groomed personality
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tasks
  • Ability to multitask and manage pressure effectively

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Intermediate or above
