Front Desk Officer / Receptionist

Job Description:

  • Client Relations: Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional demeanour, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Front Desk Management: Manage phone lines, schedule appointments, and handle client inquiries with confidence and efficiency.
  • Coordination: Liaise between clients and staff to ensure smooth communication and seamless service delivery
  • Multitasking: Handle administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and office management, while prioritizing client needs.
  • Problem-Solving: Address any concerns or issues promptly, with a focus on finding effective solutions and maintaining positive client relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a receptionist/Front Desk or in a client-facing role (experience in a similar industry is a plus)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with confidence and grace
  • Tech-savvy with basic office software knowledge (Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, etc.)
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
