Job Description:
- Client Relations: Greet and assist clients with a warm, professional demeanour, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Front Desk Management: Manage phone lines, schedule appointments, and handle client inquiries with confidence and efficiency.
- Coordination: Liaise between clients and staff to ensure smooth communication and seamless service delivery
- Multitasking: Handle administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and office management, while prioritizing client needs.
- Problem-Solving: Address any concerns or issues promptly, with a focus on finding effective solutions and maintaining positive client relationships.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a receptionist/Front Desk or in a client-facing role (experience in a similar industry is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with confidence and grace
- Tech-savvy with basic office software knowledge (Microsoft Office, scheduling tools, etc.)
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
