Purpose of the Role

To serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees — providing a professional, welcoming, and efficient front-desk experience. The Front Desk Receptionist supports smooth office operations by handling calls, scheduling, documentation, and general administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities1. Reception & Communication

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a polite and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls; manage messages and emails.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage visit logs and issue access badges when required.
  • Handle courier deliveries, mail distribution, and outgoing shipments.

2. Administrative Support

  • Assist with office calendar, and internal scheduling.
  • Support HR and Admin departments with filing, data entry, and document control.
  • Prepare and format correspondence, memos, and reports when required.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment.
  • Support onboarding of new employees (welcome kits, access cards, etc.).

3. Office Coordination

  • Liaise with building management, maintenance, and cleaning teams for office upkeep.
  • Coordinate visitor parking, refreshments, and hospitality arrangements.
  • Support company events, client meetings, and administrative logistics.
  • Ensure compliance with company communication and safety protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
