Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Jail Road, Lahore
Department: Administration
Reports to: Admin Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our organization. The ideal candidate will manage the front desk and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks to support daily office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area in a tidy and presentable condition.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
  • Provide basic and accurate information to visitors or callers.
  • Manage visitor logs and issue visitor passes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for scheduled appointments.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence or courier dispatches.
  • Maintain inventory of front office supplies and place orders when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate with relevant experience.
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
