Receptionist – Tai Chi Health Club (Islamabad, F-6 Markaz)

Company Overview:
Tai Chi Health Club is one of Islamabad’s most professional Chinese physical therapy and wellness centers, known for our excellent reputation and dedication to providing clean, green, and relaxing services. We are expanding our brand and launching our second branch in F-6, aiming to grow into a leading chain of wellness centers across the city.

Position: Receptionist
Location: F-6 Markaz, Islamabad
Language Requirement: Fluent English; Native Urdu speaker
Gender: Open to all (friendly female candidates are preferred)

Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist clients in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide guidance on service selection and answer customer inquiries
• Manage appointment scheduling and client records
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area
• Support day-to-day operations and ensure excellent customer experience

Qualifications

• Good manners and excellent communication skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow with the company
• Honest, dedicated, and professional attitude
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
