Front Desk & Sterilization Technician – Pediatric Dental Office

We’re a warm, close-knit pediatric dental office looking for a dependable and upbeat team member to join us in a dual role at the front desk and in sterilization. As a small practice, everyone works together—so flexibility and teamwork are key to keeping our days running smoothly for our young patients and their families.

What You’ll Do

• Greet patients and families with a friendly, positive attitude
• Schedule appointments, answer phones if needed, and assist with check-in/check-out
• Clean, sterilize, and organize dental instruments (Mostly in the afternoon)
• Maintain sterilization logs and follow safety protocols
• Keep supplies stocked and support the clinical team as needed
• Provide additional sterilization support in the afternoons when patient flow increases

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Positive, team-oriented attitude and comfort working with children
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person
