Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Coordinator with marketing experience to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth front office operations while supporting our marketing initiatives to enhance patient engagement and clinic visibility.
Responsibilities:
Manage daily front desk operations, including greeting patients, scheduling appointments, and handling multi-line phone systems. Assist with marketing efforts by promoting clinic services and community outreach. Maintain accurate patient records and manage data entry tasks. Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and visitors. Coordinate with medical and dental staff to ensure efficient workflow. Handle office management tasks such as filing, proofreading, and calendar management. Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to support administrative functions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
