Front Office Assistant

We are seeking a reliable, personable Front Office Assistant to join our front‑line team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a welcoming experience while supporting daily administrative and clerical operations. Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and families in a warm, professional manner
- Answer multi‑line phones, route calls, and manage voicemail messages
- Schedule patient appointments and maintain accurate calendars
- Check patients in and out, verify insurance information, and update records
- Manage front office tasks such as filing, scanning, data entry, and mail handling
- Maintain a clean, organized, and patient‑friendly reception area
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Provide general support to the medical team as needed
Qualifications
- 1+ year of Front Office Assistant experience in a medical setting (required)
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills
- Comfortable working in a moderate‑paced, team‑driven environment
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask effectively
- Basic proficiency with computers, scheduling systems, and office technology
- Professional, friendly, and dependable
