Front Office Coordinator

A fast‑paced, professional organization is seeking a highly organized Administrative Assistant to manage front‑desk operations and provide administrative support to senior leadership. This role blends reception duties, office coordination, and executive support-ideal for someone polished, proactive, and detail‑oriented.


100% in office, Monday - Friday with no remote or hybrid option offered.


Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary front desk / receptionist: greet visitors, answer phones, manage guest flow.
  • Oversee office management, including supplies, vendors, and conference room readiness.
  • Provide administrative support for senior leadership, including calendar management and meeting coordination.
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and minutes; track action items.
  • Assist with onboarding (workspace setup, scheduling, internal coordination).
  • Support internal communications and office engagement activities.


Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Intermediate MS Excel skills (formulas, sorting/filtering, spreadsheets).
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
  • 3+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, executive assistance, or receptionist roles.
  • Experience supporting leadership (VP or C‑suite preferred).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
  • Highly organized, detail‑driven, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Professional demeanor with strong discretion and follow‑through.
