Role Summary

The Frontman Seller / Sales Lead will be the key client-facing person responsible for converting qualified leads into business opportunities. This person will handle discovery calls, understand client requirements, explain Tevso’s services, coordinate proposal preparation, follow up with prospects, negotiate, and help close deals. This is a key role in the Sales Unit and requires strong communication, confidence, sales maturity, and understanding of IT/software services. The Sales Research & Outreach Executive will generate and warm up prospects. The Frontman Seller will take over qualified leads and drive them toward proposal and closure.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Conversation & Client Handling

● Attend discovery calls with qualified prospects

● Understand client requirements, business problems, and decision-making process

● Explain Tevso’s services, strengths, and relevant experience

● Present solutions in a clear and business-friendly way

● Handle client questions, objections, and concerns

● Build trust with international and local prospects

● Maintain professional communication across email, LinkedIn, calls, and meetings Deal Qualification

● Qualify leads based on need, budget, authority, timeline, and seriousness

● Identify whether the client is a good fit for Tevso

● Avoid wasting delivery/team time on weak or irrelevant opportunities

● Decide whether a lead should move to proposal stage

● Maintain clear qualification notes in CRM Proposal & Follow-Up

● Coordinate with management, technical team, designer, or PM for proposal preparation

● Collect required information for scope, timeline, and cost estimation

● Send proposals and quotations to prospects

● Follow up consistently and professionally

● Track deal stage, next action, and expected closing timeline

● Help negotiate pricing and payment terms

● Convert qualified prospects into paying clients Sales Pipeline Management

● Maintain CRM/sales pipeline properly

● Track all active opportunities

● Prepare weekly sales report

● Share forecasted revenue and expected closures

● Update management on hot leads, stuck deals, and lost reasons Internal Coordination

● Coordinate with SDR/outreach resource for lead quality feedback

● Coordinate with designer for website audits, visuals, or presentation support

● Coordinate with PM/technical team for scoping and feasibility

● Ensure that commitments made to clients are realistic and approved

Required Experience

3 to 5 years Preferred: 2+ years in IT/software services sales, agency sales, SaaS sales, or international business development A candidate with less experience may be considered only if communication, confidence, and sales maturity are very strong.

Required Skills

● Strong spoken and written English

● Strong client-facing communication

● Experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition

● Understanding of IT services, websites, web apps, mobile apps, SaaS, CRM, automation, AI solutions, and digital transformation

● Ability to conduct discovery calls

● Ability to ask business-focused questions

● Ability to handle objections

● Strong follow-up discipline

● Basic understanding of project estimation and proposal flow

● Ability to work with CRM and reporting tools

● Confidence in dealing with international clients

● Ability to coordinate with technical and delivery teams

Preferred Skills

● Experience selling software development services

● Experience with international clients

● Experience in LinkedIn outreach, cold email, Upwork, or outbound sales

● Experience preparing or contributing to proposals

● Knowledge of website audits, automation, AI, SaaS, and custom software projects

● Ability to understand client pain points and map them to services
