Full GC Estimator

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Full GC Estimator to join our team at YODO. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in USA-based commercial construction projects with proven knowledge of take-offs, and PlanSwift. Candidates with architectural drawing understanding will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for USA residential & commercial projects.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs using PlanSwift.
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
• Maintain organized project documentation and reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (BSc Civil Engineering preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant estimation experience.
• Proficiency in PlanSwift software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of architectural drawings & take-offs will be a plus.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
