Full Stack Developer with 5+ Years Experience (Remote Job)

About the Role:

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer (MERN) with 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing, deploying, and maintaining end-to-end web applications. The ideal candidate must have strong command over MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, with a deep understanding of cloud deployment, scalability, and performance optimization.

You will be part of an innovative tech team building advanced digital platforms such as ERP, CRM, AI-driven recruitment portals, and automation dashboards used by global clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end MERN Stack applications (frontend, backend, database, and server).
• Manage the complete lifecycle from development to production deployment, including architecture planning, testing, optimization, and CI/CD.
• Build and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs for scalable data exchange.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT or OAuth.
• Optimize performance, implement caching (Redis/Cloudflare), and handle data-intensive operations.
• Collaborate with UI/UX and DevOps teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
• Manage version control using Git/GitHub and follow clean, modular coding standards.
• Deploy and maintain web apps on AWS, Hostinger VPS, Contabo, or DigitalOcean.
• Troubleshoot live server issues, manage SSL certificates, domains, and DNS setups.
• Create and maintain automated deployment pipelines for efficient delivery.

Required Technical Skills:

Frontend:

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
• Tailwind CSS / Bootstrap / Material UI

Backend:

• Node.js, Express.js

• API rate limiting and security best practices

Database:

• MongoDB / Mongoose

Deployment & DevOps:

• Cloud Platforms: AWS / DigitalOcean / Hostinger VPS / Contabo
• CI/CD Pipelines (GitHub Actions / Jenkins / PM2)
• Docker / NGINX / Load Balancing
• Domain, SSL, and Reverse Proxy configuration
• Monitoring tools (PM2 logs, Uptime Robot, or similar)

Tools & Other Skills:

• Postman / Swagger
• Agile / Scrum methodology
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in MERN Stack Development.
• Proven expertise in end-to-end project delivery — from coding to production deployment.
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture, scalability, and API integrations.
