Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Software Developer (MERN) to join our remote engineering team in Pakistan.
You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and evolving Terapage’s web platforms and applications — from architecture to deployment.

This role is ideal for developers who love working across the full stack, thrive in agile environments, and are excited to build meaningful technology that impacts real users.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Develop high-quality, scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js (MERN).
✅ Design, develop, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services (e.g., OpenAI, Agora, Dropbox, AWS S3).
✅ Create responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces.
✅ Architect, test, and maintain backend logic and data structures.
✅ Identify, debug, and resolve performance and security issues.
✅ Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other developers on sprints and releases.
✅ Write and maintain clear product and API documentation.
✅ Contribute to team reviews, mentoring junior developers when needed.
✅ Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and iterative improvements.

Skills & Qualifications

✅ Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (minimum 1–2 years, MERN stack).
✅ Strong command of JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node, Express, and MongoDB.
✅ Understanding of API architecture, authentication (JWT/OAuth), and REST principles.
✅ Experience deploying apps using AWS S3, Vercel, or similar cloud environments.
✅ Knowledge of Git / GitHub version control and agile workflows.
✅ Basic familiarity with UI/UX principles and responsive design.
✅ Strong analytical and debugging skills.
✅ Excellent communication, organisation, and time-management skills.
