Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Salon Operational Manager to oversee the daily operations of the salon and ensure smooth, efficient, and professional service delivery. This is a full-time, on-site leadership role responsible for managing staff, operations, service standards, and client experience.

The Salon Operational Manager will act as the main point of coordination between the team, management, and clients, ensuring all operational procedures are executed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth workflow

Manage scheduling, staff attendance, and shift planning

Supervise hair stylists, nail technicians, and beauty staff

Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards

Maintain service quality and consistency across all departments

Handle client feedback, concerns, and service recovery professionally

Coordinate stock control, supplies, and inventory management

Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of salon staff

Ensure operational SOPs and checklists are followed daily

Report operational performance to management

Support revenue growth through service optimization and upselling strategies

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in salon or beauty operations management

GCC experience is an advantage but not mandatory

Strong understanding of salon operations (hair, nails, beauty services)

Proven leadership and team management skills

Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Strong communication and client-handling skills

Knowledge of hygiene regulations and salon SOPs

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced salon environment

Experience with scheduling systems, POS, and inventory management is a plus
