Functional Solution Architect- D365 F&O

We are seeking a highly experienced Functional Solution Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FnO) to lead enterprise-scale implementations and digital transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive functional expertise across Finance, Project Management & Accounting, Asset Management, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules and will act as a trusted advisor to clients while ensuring successful end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end D365 FnO implementations from pre-sales through post-go-live support.
• Conduct discovery workshops, requirement gathering, solution blueprinting, and fit-gap analysis.
• Design scalable, secure, and high-performing D365 FnO solutions.
• Provide functional architecture across Finance, PMA, Asset Management, and SCM.
• Act as the primary functional advisor for senior client stakeholders.
• Manage project scope, risks, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead and mentor functional consultants and cross-functional teams.
• Ensure high-quality deliverables and delivery discipline.
• Stay current with D365 roadmap and new feature releases.
• Finance (General Ledger, AP, AR, Cash & Bank, Budgeting)
• Project Management & Accounting (PMA)
• Asset Management (Enterprise Asset Management / Maintenance Management)
• Supply Chain Management (Procurement, Inventory, Warehousing, Sales and Marketing)
  
  

Requirements

• ACCA, CA, or CMA qualification, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Certification:
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Solution Architect Expert (preferred).
• Experience:
• Minimum 10+ years of ERP experience.
• Minimum 7+ years in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Proven delivery of at least 5 full lifecycle, large-scale D365 FnO implementations.
• Prior experience in a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant role.
• Technical & Methodology Expertise:
• Strong command of Success by Design and/or Microsoft Sure Step.
• Hands-on experience with Lifecycle Services (LCS).
• Experience with integrations, data migration, and environment strategy.
• Familiarity with Power Platform is a plus.
