Fund Raiser Executive

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Fund Raising Executive to lead our efforts in developing and executing fundraising strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in donor engagement, campaign management, proposal writing, and achieving fundraising goals. This role requires strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to build lasting relationships with donors, partners, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising plans and strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and funding agencies.
• Lead grant writing efforts, including proposal development, donor reporting, and compliance.
• Organize and oversee fundraising campaigns, events, and digital outreach efforts.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to create impactful donor materials.
• Monitor fundraising performance, generate reports, and adjust strategies to meet targets.
• Identify new funding opportunities, including CSR partnerships and institutional donors.
• Maintain accurate donor databases and ensure timely acknowledgment of contributions.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, development studies, communications, or a related field (master's preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in fundraising, business development, or donor relations (preferably in the nonprofit sector).
• Strong grant writing and proposal development experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM software, donor databases, and MS Office Suite.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple fundraising streams Preferred:
• Familiarity with international donor agencies, NGOs, and CSR networks.
• Experience with online fundraising platforms and crowdfunding tools.
