We are looking for passionate and result-driven individuals to join our team as Fundraisers to help us expand our donor network and strengthen our fundraising efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and approach potential donors, sponsors, and partners to raise funds for organizational projects.
• Plan and execute fundraising campaigns, drives, and donor engagement activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate donors.
• Represent the organization at community events, meetings, and networking opportunities.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain donor databases.
• Collaborate with the communications and marketing teams for promotional materials and digital fundraising.
• Meet assigned monthly and annual fundraising targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Prior experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or donor relations (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in public speaking and networking.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Passionate about social impact and community service.

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
