Fundraising/ Sales Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and engage potential donors including individuals, corporates, foundations, and institutions.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective donors.
• Assist in organizing donor meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Ensure timely communication and acknowledgment to donors.
• Organize and manage fundraising campaigns, events, and activities.
• Maintain accurate donor records and update the fundraising database.
• Keep proper documentation of agreements, contracts, and donor communications.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Development Studies, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in fundraising, business development, or donor relations.
• Strong communication, presentation, and proposal-writing skills.
• Ability to build and sustain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
