General Manager

Leading Qatar-based switchgear manufacturer seeks proven General Manager to drive operations, growth, and P&L in LV/MV panels/power distribution. Join a dynamic team expanding in power systems & services amid Qatar's infrastructure boom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead business ops: Strategic planning, project delivery (on-time/budget), supply chain optimization, HSE/ISO compliance (IEC/KAHRAMAA/QCS).
• Business development: Client relations (oil & gas, MEP, govt), tenders/bids, new opps in AMC/retrofit/energy management.
• Financial oversight: P&L ownership, budgeting, cash flow, pricing/margins.
• Team leadership: Mentor engineering/production/sales/procurement teams, KPIs, talent development.
• Drive growth: Digital transformation, diversification into automation/maintenance.

Requirements:

• 10-18 years in electrical switchgear/LV-MV manufacturing/power distro; 8+ years senior leadership (GM/Ops Head).
• Strong in Schneider/ABB/Siemens, testing/commissioning, client mgmt.
• candidates with easy visa visa transfer are prioritised.
• Technical + commercial acumen;.
