GENERAL MANAGER

Al Able Trading & Contracting Company, operating in Qatar in the fields of civil construction and facility management, is seeking a visionary and results-driven General Manager to lead strategic growth and drive operational excellence.

This is a senior leadership opportunity for an accomplished professional with extensive GCC market experience.

• Minimum 10+ years of leadership experience in GCC, preferably in Qatar
• Proven track record in business growth, operational management, and profitability
• Strong understanding of Qatar’s regulatory and commercial environment
• Valid Qatar Driving License (Mandatory)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, senior executives, and large-scale projects
• Strong financial judgment and strategic planning capability
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
