We are seeking a visionary and highly experienced
General Manager
to lead Alhazm. This role requires a dynamic leader capable of driving operational excellence, elevating the guest experience, and maximizing commercial performance.
Role Overview
The
General Manage

Alhazm
is the executive leader responsible for the overall success, profitability, and brand positioning of the property. Reporting directly to the CEO, the GM will oversee all day-to-day operations, tenant relations, marketing strategies, and financial performance of the mall.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Commercial Performance

Develop and execute comprehensive business strategies to drive footfall, increase tenant sales, and maximize overall revenue and profitability for Alhazm.

Oversee the full financial performance of the property, including budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management.

Optimize the tenant mix, negotiate high-value leases, and maintain full occupancy with premium luxury brands.
Operational Excellence

Direct all mall operations to ensure a flawless, world-class experience for guests and tenants at all times.

Oversee Facility Management operations — including Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Security — ensuring the property is maintained to the highest luxury standards.

Implement and monitor operational KPIs across all departments, driving continuous improvement and accountability.
Tenant Relations & Guest Experience

Cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with luxury retail and F&B tenants, acting as their primary executive point of contact.

Champion a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the Alhazm luxury brand promise.

Lead the planning and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns, VIP events, and brand activations that reinforce Alhazm’s position as Qatar’s premier luxury destination.
Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing management team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous development.

Build and retain top talent, ensuring the team has the skills and motivation to deliver exceptional results.

Establish clear performance objectives and development plans for all direct reports.
Qualifications & Requirements

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly preferred.

Experience:
Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive leadership experience, with at least 5–7 years as a General Manager or Mall Manager of a premium or luxury retail destination, high-end mixed-use development, or luxury hospitality property.

Expertise:
Proven track record of P&L ownership, successful tenant relations with luxury brands, and delivering world-class guest experiences in a competitive market.

Skills:
Exceptional financial acumen, strategic planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Language:
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
