    Job Description:

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Master’s/MBA in Business Administration, Leadership, or relevant discipline with 12 years of corporate training, consultancy, or executive education experience.
    • Proven track record of business development and client management.

    Purpose of the Position:

    • Develop and implement strategies to strengthen partnerships with public sector organizations, NGOs, INGOs, and international bodies.
    • Identify emerging training and development needs in governance, policy, leadership, and institutional capacity.
    • Design, customize, and oversee executive education and professional development programs for government officials and public sector entities.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead IEDC’s private sector engagement strategy.
    • Develop executive training programs for corporate, business, healthcare, academia, NGOs, and other sectors.
    • Establish partnerships with chambers, trade bodies, corporate associations, and private institutions.
    • Supervise open enrollment and customized programs.
    • Oversee revenue generation, client relations, and brand positioning

    Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

    Essential:

    • Excellent leadership, program management, and communication skills
    • Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills
    • Deep understanding of governance, policy, and institutional development
    • Ability to manage large-scale programs with diverse stakeholder
    • Leadership and mentoring capabilities
    • Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.

    Desirable:

    • Relevant certifications in leadership, governance, or international development (preferred but not mandatory).

    Terms & Conditions:

    • Candidates are required to attach scanned copies of their documents (Academics / Professional).
    • Last education certificate/degree must be attested/verified by HEC.

    Candidates may be considered ineligible for the post due to any of the following reasons:

    • 3rd division in terminal degree (last degree).
    • NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST.
    • Medically unfit.
    • Only selected candidates will be contacted and issued offer letter.
    • Candidates serving in Govt departments, Armed forces may apply through their respective parent department / organizations. Late / incomplete applications will be ignored. Only short-listed candidates will be considered / called for test / interview and no TA / DA will be admissible.
