Qualification & Experience:
- Master’s/MBA in Business Administration, Leadership, or relevant discipline with 12 years of corporate training, consultancy, or executive education experience.
- Proven track record of business development and client management.
Purpose of the Position:
- Develop and implement strategies to strengthen partnerships with public sector organizations, NGOs, INGOs, and international bodies.
- Identify emerging training and development needs in governance, policy, leadership, and institutional capacity.
- Design, customize, and oversee executive education and professional development programs for government officials and public sector entities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead IEDC’s private sector engagement strategy.
- Develop executive training programs for corporate, business, healthcare, academia, NGOs, and other sectors.
- Establish partnerships with chambers, trade bodies, corporate associations, and private institutions.
- Supervise open enrollment and customized programs.
- Oversee revenue generation, client relations, and brand positioning

Essential:
- Excellent leadership, program management, and communication skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership-building skills
- Deep understanding of governance, policy, and institutional development
- Ability to manage large-scale programs with diverse stakeholder
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Desirable:
- Relevant certifications in leadership, governance, or international development (preferred but not mandatory).

- 3rd division in terminal degree (last degree).
- NUST employees with less than one year of service with NUST.
