TECHMEN® is looking for an experienced and responsible General Manager to lead daily factory operations, team management, production planning, quality control, sales coordination, and business growth or development.

At start TECHMEN was a small scale industrial unit but over the years it has grown into a medium scale unit. All this was possible through dedication, untiring efforts and administrative acumen of Mr. Waseem Khaliq Muggo, the Chief Executive. Mr. Muggo instilled in workers spirit of team work, devotion and allegiance towards work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage overall factory and office operations
• Supervise production, quality, dispatch, and staff performance
• Improve systems, discipline, reporting, and daily work efficiency
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, purchasing, and production teams
• Control costs, reduce wastage, and improve profitability
• Use modern tools and AI-based reporting where required
• Report directly to the CEO / Directors

Required Experience:

• Minimum 10-20 years in factory, production, or operations management
• Bachlor Education in Relavent field is Must
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills
• Good communication and reporting ability
• Experience in plastics, injection molding, manufacturing, or industrial products will be preferred
