Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to manage, optimize, and scale our CRM, funnel systems, and marketing automation processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience within the GHL platform and a strong understanding of end-to-end sales and marketing workflows. This role requires both technical expertise and strategic thinking to enhance system performance and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain GoHighLevel accounts, ensuring optimal performance
- Design, build, and optimize high-converting funnels and landing pages
- Develop and implement automation workflows across Email, SMS, and WhatsApp
- Configure and manage CRM pipelines, opportunities, and lead tracking systems
- Set up calendars, forms, surveys, and trigger-based automation sequences
- Integrate third-party tools such as Zapier, Stripe, Meta Lead Forms, and Google services
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve system issues proactively
- Maintain dashboards, reporting systems, and campaign tracking metrics
- Continuously optimize workflows to improve conversion rates and operational efficiency
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on expertise in GoHighLevel (GHL)
- Solid understanding of sales funnels and customer journey optimization
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems
- Familiarity with third-party integrations and API-based tools
- Basic knowledge of tracking pixels, analytics, and performance monitoring
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of hands-on experience with GoHighLevel
- Proven track record of building funnels, landing pages, and full CRM setups
- Experience creating automation workflows (Email, SMS, WhatsApp, trigger-based campaigns)
- Hands-on experience managing pipelines, opportunities, and lead lifecycle tracking
- Experience integrating tools such as Zapier, Stripe, Meta Lead Forms, and Google platforms
- Prior experience working with agencies, marketing teams, or client-based accounts is highly preferred
- Candidates must demonstrate practical, real-world experience (not just theoretical knowledge)
