Systems Limited is looking for a
Global DAM Executive
to support DAM users in uploading assets, searching and retrieving existing assets, and delivering reports on DAM usage across global markets.
You will be playing a key role as you will oversee day-to-day management of the Digital Asset Management (DAM) tool for the client marketing team and global markets. Manage/ingest of assets to AEM and WF and continue to manage/ingest of assets once initial migration is complete. Bring existing assets up to industry standards, including continuous evaluation and iteration of file directories and metadata. Ensure users conform to metadata tagging requirements in DAM system of AEM and WF as well as folder tree structures.
Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of this role, Digital Asset Management Executive, are to: Work across internal and external teams to shepherd branded marketing content ingestion into DAM, review new assets that are uploaded by users, including internal content creators and external agency partners, and ensure assets are ready for consumption.

Upload, search, and retrieve assets while maintaining metadata standards.

Ensuring assets meet strict industry standards and curated properly for further adaptation and usage

Utilize your expertise in Adobe tools, Adobe Experience Manager and work front to store and organize digital assets

Overseeing daily asset management, managing metadata tagging and folder structures, and ensuring creative assets are visually and functionally aligned with business goals

Preparing and delivering reports, managing dashboards, and overseeing key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure accurate tracking and performance analysis

Act as the primary contact for internal and external DAM users, troubleshoot functional issues, provide guidance, and support creative workflows. Additionally, handle reporting, archive expired assets, and perform regular audits to keep the asset library up to date and efficient.

Manage and onboard assets into the DAM system and ensure compliance with applicable requirements

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to maintain accurate file naming conventions and taxonomies

Support internal and external users with asset discovery, retrieval, and troubleshooting

Assist in project and task management using Workfront, ensuring alignment with timelines and deliverables.

Work with global and regional stakeholders to ensure DAM & Workfront practices align with broader business goals.
Requirements

Experience with Adobe Experience Manager and Workfront

Experience in digital marketing/social media, building content (e.g. HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Strong technical skills to ensure effective management and use of digital resources, supporting innovation in distribution of creative assets

Strong knowledge of: DAM systems, metadata standards, and rights management

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work proactively and autonomously

Excellent communication skills in English, with experience in international environmental and markets
