Role: Google Ads Performance Lead


We are looking for a senior Google Ads professional who understands Dubai real estate at a ground level. Buyer intent, off-plan cycles, long consideration journeys, and the reality of what sales teams can and cannot close.


You will own Google Ads end-to-end from account structure and keyword intent to tracking, optimisation, and performance decisions. More importantly, you will be accountable for lead quality, not just volume.

  • Full ownership of Google Ads across
  • High intent Search
  • Performance Max for property demand
  • Selective Display and YouTube where intent layering makes sense


Lead Generation That Sales Can Trust

  • Campaigns designed for qualified demand, not cheap leads.
  • Continuous optimisation across
  • Search terms and negatives
  • Match types and bidding strategies
  • Conversion rates from click to lead to qualified conversation


Constant alignment between

  • Keywords
  • Ad copy
  • Landing pages
  • CRM outcomes


Tracking, Attribution, and Reality Checks

  • Ownership of the tracking stack
  • GA4
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Offline conversion imports from CRM
  • Clean attribution that reflects reality, not dashboards that only look good.
  • Regular feedback loops with sales and CRM teams to improve lead quality over time.


Performance, Not Reporting

  • Responsibility for budgets, scaling decisions, and trade offs.
  • Ability to diagnose performance issues beyond surface metrics.
  • Reporting that leads to decisions, not explanations.


What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience focused exclusively on Dubai real estate lead generation.
  • Experience managing high-budget, high-volume accounts with real sales impact.
  • Deep understanding of Dubai buyer psychology, off plan versus ready property funnels, and long sales cycles.


Solid hands-on experience with

  • GA4
  • Google Tag Manager
  • Conversion and offline tracking


Someone who prefers ownership over instruction.

Must be based in Dubai and available for in-person collaboration.

Must have atleast 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate


Good to Have

  • Experience working inside a Dubai brokerage or developer ecosystem.
  • Understanding of CRM logic, lead scoring, and qualification frameworks.
  • Exposure to international investor campaigns.
  • Experience with YouTube demand generation for high-ticket assets.
