Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Google Ads & Social Media Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online advertising campaigns targeting U.S.-based audiences. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid ads across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms, with a strong focus on lead generation, conversions, and ROI optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and YouTube) for maximum ROI.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to refine ad strategies.
- Create and test compelling ad copies, visuals, and landing pages to improve click-through and conversion rates.
- Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and Data Studio.
- Manage monthly ad budgets efficiently and ensure campaigns meet performance goals.
- Stay updated on the latest digital advertising trends, Google algorithm updates, and social media ad policies.
- Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure brand consistency across all ads.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads and paid social media campaigns for U.S. clients or audiences.
- Google Ads Certification and/or Meta Blueprint Certification (preferred).
- Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, CTR, Quality Score, and Conversion Tracking.
- Experience with A/B testing, remarketing campaigns, and pixel setup.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in B2B marketing or service-based industries (a plus).
