We are looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple brands, including service-based and e-commerce websites. The ideal candidate must be data-focused, strategic, and experienced in generating measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube).
- Develop documented campaign strategies before launch (objective, targeting, budget, KPI).
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Optimize campaigns regularly (bidding, negative keywords, A/B testing).
- Ensure proper conversion tracking setup (GA4, GTM, Pixels).
- Monitor budgets and prevent unnecessary ad spend.
- Coordinate with SEO and Social Media teams for aligned strategy.
- Improve CTR, lower CPC, and maximize conversions/ROAS.
- Analyze landing page performance and suggest improvements.
- Prepare detailed monthly performance reports.
- Immediately report major performance drops or technical issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
- Strong understanding of conversion tracking and analytics.
- Experience managing both service-based and e-commerce campaigns.
- Knowledge of keyword strategy and search intent.
- Data-driven mindset with analytical thinking.
- Experience with GA4, GTM, and remarketing campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.

- Campaign strategy must be documented before execution.
- Budget must be approved before launch.
- Monthly report submission is mandatory.
- Performance benchmarks must be clearly defined (CPL, ROAS, CTR).
