Graphic Designer & Video Editor - Social Media Management and Content Creation

We are a fast-growing real estate company based in Abu Dhabi, focused on delivering premium properties and exceptional client service. As we expand our digital presence, we are looking for a talented and creative Social Media Professional and a Content Creator who can take ownership of our content, branding, and online engagement.

Role Summary:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging content (graphics & videos), content planning, managing social media pages, supporting digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring our brand stands out across all platforms. You should have experience in both creative design and strategic content marketing, especially in the real estate sector or similar industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design & Video Editing
• Create high-quality visual content for social media, property listings, ads, and marketing materials
• Design property brochures, stories, reels, banners, and infographics
• Edit promotional and walkthrough videos for projects and listings
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials
• Social Media Management
• Manage and grow presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube & LinkedIn
• Plan and schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite or similar
• Develop creative concepts for real estate campaigns, property launches, and lead generation
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor performance metrics

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (portfolio required)
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in social media management and digital content creation
• Knowledge of social media management
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) and for quick edits Canva.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects
• Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
• Real estate experience is a plus
