Graphic Designer/Marketing Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a hands on, creative Graphic Designer / Marketing Specialist to support and execute marketing initiatives across digital, print, and in person channels. This is a junior–mid level role with strong growth potential, ideal for someone who is both visually creative and eager to broaden their marketing skill set.

This position will collaborate closely with sales and leadership, represent the company at trade shows, and support customer events.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Graphic Design & Content Creation

• Design marketing materials across print and digital channels, including brochures, flyers, trade show graphics, social media assets, email graphics, and presentations
• Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all touchpoints
• Prepare production ready files for print vendors and digital use

Marketing & Campaign Support

• Support planning and execution of marketing campaigns (events, email, social media, website updates)
• Coordinate marketing materials and logistics for trade shows and customer events
• Assist in tracking campaign performance and preparing basic reports

Trade Shows & Customer Events

• Travel to regional and national trade shows and customer events
• Support booth setup, materials preparation, and on site event needs
• Represent the company professionally during events and customer interactions
• Assist with post event follow up activities

Collaboration & Administration

• Work closely with sales, leadership, and external vendors
• Manage timelines, creative assets, and marketing calendars
• Support website content updates and light CMS work as needed

Requirements:

Required

• 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness and ability to travel to trade shows and customer events
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

• Experience with social media or email marketing platforms
• Basic knowledge of marketing analytics or CRM tools
• Exposure to event, trade show, or B2B marketing environments
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Additional Information

Location: This role is based in Burlington, MA. We are seeking local candidates, as relocation assistance is not available.
