Responsibilities:


  • Compensation Analysis and Management:

· Conduct detailed compensation analysis to evaluate the competitiveness of the company's pay structures.

· Maintain and update the company's job classification system and salary structures.

· Participate in salary surveys to collect data on prevailing pay rates and practices.

· Analyze market compensation data to make informed recommendations on salary adjustments, promotions, and other compensation actions.


  • Benefits Administration:

· Analyze employee benefits programs, -including health insurance, retirement plans, and other ancillary benefits- across locations.

· Conduct regular reviews of benefits offerings to ensure they meet the needs of employees and are cost-effective for the organization.

· Assist in the design and implementation of new benefits programs.

· Build recommendations based on internal analysis and market practices.


  • Incentive and Rewards Programs:

· Analyze the effectiveness of existing incentive programs and suggest improvements.

· Monitor actual payout versus achievements and targets

· Build proposals of improvements in line with markets practices and company strategy


  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

· Prepare and present reports on compensation, benefits, and other reward programs to senior management.

· Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in total rewards programs.

· Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all reporting and analysis activities.


  • Compliance and Policy Management:

· Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

· Maintain and update company policies related to total rewards to reflect current best practices and legal requirements.

· Conduct audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.


Qualifications:


· Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

· Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in compensation, benefits administration, or a related field.

· Experience with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and compensation analysis tools.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.

· Digital savvy

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.

· Integrity and ethical judgment.

· Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism.

· Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

· Proactive and self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
