Role Summary

We are seeking a Marketing & Digital Growth Manager responsible for strengthening brand visibility, digital presence, and structured lead generation.

This role directly supports revenue growth by building measurable visibility systems and commercial funnels. Performance will be evaluated based on lead generation, brand visibility impact, and contribution to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead LinkedIn and executive positioning strategy

Implement SEO and AI-oriented search optimization

Develop structured digital lead generation systems

Build measurable marketing funnels

Oversee website content and optimization

Implement CRM and analytics reporting

Ensure continuous professional visibility across digital and non-digital channels

Identify relevant industry events for attendance or sponsorship

Coordinate event presence and media exposure

Prepare pitch materials and marketing collateral

Align all marketing activities with commercial growth objectives

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred

5 to 10 years of marketing experience, preferably within professional services

Strong expertise in SEO, AEO, analytics, LinkedIn strategy and campaign management

Experience building measurable lead generation systems

Fluent English required. Strong Arabic writing preferred

Strong commercial mindset and execution capability
