Growth & Marketing Strategist

Karachi, Pakistan

We’re looking for a senior-level Growth & Marketing Strategist (Fractional CMO-type) who can design and guide our marketing engine. This is not a junior execution role we want someone who understands the B2B software services space and can create a roadmap for predictable growth.

You’ll be responsible for defining our ICPs, positioning, and lead generation strategy and then coordinating with our team/freelancers/contractors (where needed) to execute.

Key Responsibilities

  • Audit our current marketing/sales funnel and identify gaps
  • Define Ideal Client Profiles (ICPs) and refine positioning/offers
  • Build a channel-specific growth strategy (LinkedIn, email, PPC, content, etc.)
  • Set up metrics & KPIs (leads, SQLs, cost per lead, pipeline velocity)
  • Guide and coordinate freelancers for outreach, ads, content, or landing pages
  • Recommend/setup CRM & automation tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)

Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • Proven B2B marketing strategy experience in software services or digital agencies
  • Track record of building lead generation systems (cold outreach, LinkedIn/email, PPC, SEO)
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. B2B tech buyer behavior
  • Ability to prioritize channels and allocate budgets smartly
  • Experience coordinating execution (not a solo operator only)

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience scaling custom software development or digital service firms
  • Content strategy / conversion optimization background
  • Familiarity with Account-Based Marketing (ABM)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
