We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Lead Generator to support our sales and growth initiatives. In this role, you will identify potential clients, initiate conversations, and generate qualified leads for the sales team. This is a critical position that fuels our pipeline and drives overall business success.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn, CRM databases, web tools, and other channels
- Initiate outbound outreach via emails, calls, LinkedIn, and other platforms to engage prospective clients
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and set up meetings for the sales team
- Maintain and update lead information accurately in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective lead generation strategies
- Monitor and report on key lead generation metrics and campaign performance
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activity, and competitor movements
- Continuously optimize outreach templates, scripts, and workflows for better conversion rates
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development, or business development
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships from scratch
- Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho) and prospecting platforms (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo)
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple leads and tasks simultaneously
- Basic understanding of sales funnels and lead qualification methodologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B lead generation (SaaS, Tech, or AI preferred)
- Familiarity with email automation tools (Lemlist, Mailshake, GHL)
- Data-driven mindset with focus on performance metrics (response rates, conversions)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not required)
