We are seeking a dynamic Growth Specialist to lead B2B expansion, build strong client relationships, and drive sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate has experience engaging with enterprise clients, software houses, and mid-sized businesses, with a strong ability to convert leads into long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive B2B growth across enterprise, SME, and startup segments within Pakistan’s tech and corporate ecosystem.
- Build, manage, and strengthen strategic partnerships to increase occupancy and recurring revenue.
- Identify, target, and convert potential clients especially software houses, tech firms, and mid-sized businesses into long-term workspace agreements.
- Collaborate closely with C-suite executives to design customized workspace and service solutions aligned with their organizational needs.
- Ensure strong client retention through consistent engagement, timely renewals, and expansion of existing accounts.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and contribute to strategic growth initiatives.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking platforms to enhance brand visibility.
