We're Hiring: Guest Relations Officer (GRO) – Female Preferred

Location: Bistro-Noir Gol Market, Street 4, F-7/3 F 7/3 F-7, Islamabad
Position Type: Full-Time
Gender Preference: Female (as per operational requirements)
Experience: 1+ year in a similar role preferred
Availability: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Role Overview:
As our Guest Relations Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You’ll ensure a warm, professional, and personalized experience from the moment they walk in until they leave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
• Manage reservations and walk-in guests efficiently
• Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations
• Address guest queries and resolve complaints in a professional manner
• Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times
• Build rapport with repeat guests and encourage customer loyalty

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Confident, well-groomed, and presentable
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles preferred
• Must be enthusiastic, proactive, and service-oriented
